  • Have a clear, clean floor, preferably on a mat or blanket.  Turn off all phones and children :)

  • Wear loose, easy clothes that you can move in, and make sure you are warm and comfortable.

  • Focus on the internal sensation of the movement.

  • Always move slowly, unless guided otherwise, and without force.  

  • Move gently, and with the least effort possible

  • Just do what you can with ease.
