Somatic Integration Sessions

Service Description

Moving slowly with felt sense, breath, an awareness of gravity, anatomy and our imagination, you will travel though and with your body to explore and open possibilities for movement and embodiment. Expect slow improvised movement with sounding. Open to all levels. Tuesday 1st and 15th November. Single Class available, however booking of both classes preferred. Be in touch if you need support around this, financial or otherwise.
