Workshop Description

Fluid and Bones warmly welcomes Rachel Ruchstuhl-Mann, my partner in movement crime for the last 10 years, with whom much Somatic Exploration and Contact Improvisation principles and practice has been explored. Along the way, we have woven a friendship, and art-making whilst we bitched about our worries, and rolled and unwound our nervous systems. The process gently created systems of practice, through practice, that have evolved and deepened into something like magic. So we thought it might be good to share. Bring a friend, your best dancing threads, your favourite pens and pencils, and fabulous paper and let's have some seriously juicy fun! Sorry men, this is women only for now.
